Company was excellent. Helped resolve a shipping problem.

These are the best currently available sticks, for me at least, that I've found so far. The biggest problem I've found is that the tips wear out very quickly and develop flat spots that adversely affect the tone. A nylon tip version would help this a great deal.

The biggest problem I have with them personally is because I have small hands and small/short fingers. The diameter is great but the sticks are just a bit too long. When I hold them at a reasonable balance point the butt of the stick doesn't have room to move inside my hand. The sticks that I had played for 50 years are no longer available and I'm doing the best I can with what I can get.

great design and feel... I love them for playing lower volume

I got the Birdland, West Coast, Memphis R&B and Rhythm & Groovz models. All of them are dead-on straight and matched very closely in weight (my scale can't actually detect a difference in grams). They all have an awesome feel and great rebound. Mine all came with black ink instead of green. Love them all.

There aren't enough good things to say about this stick, So beautifully done in everyway, quality and beyond! Great balance,feel and fantastic attention to detail. Absolutely love playing we these sticks. I play in a trio in same stage venues. These sticks are responsive to quiet and robust sounds we play. I have been rotating through two pair with about 80 hours of play time. No damage or splintering on the tips so far.

I'm normally a maple stick user, but these are light and thin enough that they give me the same feel. They have become my go-to sticks.
