Drum sticks are a very personal choice for a drummer. Switching to new sticks can be traumatic, especially for a jazz drummer who tries to play with some sensitivity.

I play with several small amatuer swing groups. We have fun. Bop Works sticks are my stick of choice for these settings. I have great dynamic control, from soft to loud!! The vintage style heads and cymbals I play sing with Bop Works sticks. And, I love the feel of Bop Works sticks in my hands.

I keep old ones on deck when I need a quick change in cymbal feel/touch and sometimes play with one old, one new stick.
The weight and balance of these sticks is second to none. Trying to use other sticks after this is like going back to ball point pens. Become a stick snob like me. You know you want to.
